Job Requirements

Position Summary:

Are you a superstar Performance Marketer, ready to lead the way forward in building high-performing campaigns across search, paid social, email marketing and much more? As a digital-driven marketing company, we are actively seeking a pivotal role to drive our exciting 2023 growth strategy, a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic, conversion, and maximize ROI across our channels.

 

Your primary responsibility will be creating and executing a solid performance marketing strategy & execution plan, including our main channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, branding, developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, and operating budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, finding the most effective balance in diversifying our channel mix. Ultimately, you will be responsible for our Digital Marketing budget. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support to manage and execute performance marketing activities across additional channels such as Paid Search reports, communication with external parties, Paid Social, Organic social, email marketing and more.

  • Support the head of marketing in Managing Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic toward our platform with a focus on paid tactics.

  • You will be executing email marketing campaigns end to end using Mail Chimp as well as our CRM tool.

  • You will be supporting the execution of Social Media Posts, organic and paid campaigns.

  • Budget tracking

  • Being highly data-driven and analytical, you will help to create reports and visibility on performance to enable the head of marketing to take decisions.

  • You will be in charge of executing any optimization of our website and user experience flow based on inputs coming from different department

  • You will work closely with your colleagues to gain a deep understanding of our customer segments across profiles and geographies, constantly incorporating customer insights into your digital marketing strategy and optimization.

  • You will support the alignment between the head of marketing and Head of Creative and Branding to develop and leverage engaging content in pursuit of continuous innovation in your lead generation activities.

  • Beyond a strong customer focus, you will have an acute focus on the competition and innovative real estate companies worldwide to stimulate your lead generation ideation.

  • Supporting content creation is a plus but not compulsory.

You are motivated with digital marketing knowledge, excellent business acumen, and a creative mind. Ambitious, dynamic, self-directed, and self-motivated, you have a strong desire to build something meaningful that drives results. Capable of understanding our international & business people clients’ mindset and mixing this with the world of Luxury.

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required

  • Minimum of previous internship in the same field or 1 year experience in any Digital Marketing Channels.

  • Experience or studies in Social Media and Paid Search Strategy and Execution.

  • Experience in multi-channel strategy and ability to connect the dots.

  • Data-driven and solid analytic mindset.

  • Experience in building a structured plan and following up on it

  • Competency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint, and google suite equivalent. Comfortable with the use of online tools.

  • WordPress and photoshoot competencies are a plus.

  • Creative mindset.

  • Ability to understand quality content in line with a strategic goal and ability to drive external freelance work.

  • Strong team player and collaborator.

  • Fluent English is a must; conversational Spanish; other languages are a plus!
