Job Requirements

Position Summary:

You will be our property manager’s right hand and support in this role. You will assist the properties and clients with your manager’s direction. You will be in a fast-paced environment; you are not scared to jump in on essential work for clients, work with your hands and use elemental technological programs to drive efficiency and quality.

More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management operations.

  • Work directly with owners, vendors, and tenants to provide solutions to any problems that arise related to the property.

  • Manage online and offline purchases, and run essential errands.

  • Track expenses daily and in a very detailed and timely manner.

  • Manage the administrative tasks related to follow-up projects, clients’ information, check-in and check-out, purchases, invoices, monthly client updates, and more.

  • Recognize and identify general maintenance and repair needs, and organize and coordinate the required technicians or workers to fix them.

  • Being hands-on and having the knowledge to fix some of the technical issues and perform some of the required manual work is a big plus.

  • Be ready to perform multiple daily trips from one property to another in different parts of town, walking, driving a scooter, a car, or a bicycle if and when required.

  • Coordinate and keep providers on track in terms of training and quality of deliverables.

  • Evaluate contractor’s performance quality through our internal KPIs system

  • Manage our new internal property management system: keep it up to date, including further information, and upload new clients and properties.

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of experience in a similar role.

  • Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined, and highly organized.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and be highly dependable.

  • Experience in multitasking in handling administrative tasks.

  • Highly developed sense of urgency!

  • Willingness to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Mindset: Solution-oriented (you don’t take no for an answer), accountable, adaptable, curious, customer-centric, and have a sense of urgency.

  • Basic knowledge required in Microsoft Excel and google suite.

  • Out-of-the-box thinker and not shy to dare.

  • Outgoing personality and flexibility to jump outside their competencies when needed.

  • Hungry to learn and to make it happen!

  • High-level stress resistance.

  • You are a strong team player and collaborator.

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish is a plus.

  • You are all right about frequent movement and spending 60% of your time moving.
