Job Requirements
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our Luxury real estate company. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in bringing content strategies to life and resonating with target audiences across multiple channels. The role will play a critical role in elevating our brand through content that helps our customers understand what VDB does and how that can be of benefit to them.
More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Planning
- Working with the marketing and product teams to develop a content strategy relevant for the luxury market
- Research industry trends, market insights and competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities
Content Creation
- Work with internal and external resources to create impactful content including videos, articles, blogs and articles that showcase the company and resonates with a luxury audience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners to gather insights and information for content creation
Content activation
- Manage and optimize content distribution across various channels, including the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and third-party platforms.
- Utilize SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines.
Social Media
- Develop and maintain a presence across social media platforms by curating and sharing relevant content, engaging with followers, and fostering community interaction
Analytics and reporting
- Monitor and analyze content performance over agreed upon KPIs
- Produce and distribute reporting into the business to understand impact of activations
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years + experience within content marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
