In your role, you will be reporting to the head of commercial and be responsible for supporting the commercial team in delivering the best-in-class quality service to our client to achieve performance KPIs for the main categories: SALES & RENT.
Your role is a crucial enabler in the execution of the commercial strategy. It includes: Assigning leads, managing contracts, online search, supporting property hunters in finding apartments, preparing presentations for commercial teams, managing CMS and new properties process, organizing visits, and managing agency collaboration.
More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the commercial team with the whole crucial back-end sales and rental deals process including contract management.
Online property search
Manage CMS: keep it up to date and 100% complete ( quality and quantity KPIs+ to be defined)
Support the head of commercial in managing their VIP leads
Organize client visits and attend client visits if required
Coordinate teamwork / ad-hoc projects
Support Property Sourcing manager in property sourcing when necessary, new property process, and publishing new properties.

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a highly commercial focus and results-driven company. A strong track record in delivering results. Real Estate Experience is NOT necessarily required.
Experience in managing a CRM & CMS and have a data-driven mindset.
PASSION for People and for building vital, trusted, and long-term relationships.
Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and google suite equivalent. Comfortable with the use of online tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills. Willingness to roll up sleeves to complete the job.
Have a deep knowledge of the City of Barcelona and are curious about expanding it to the surroundings and possibly beyond that.
Patient but with a high degree of sense of urgency to be able to keep up with demanding & international clients!
Structured and organized.
Be comfortable with the use of Technology.
Strong team player. Collaborator at all times.
Fluent English and conversational Spanish is a must; other languages are a plus!
